If the daily grind is weighing you down and you want to step out of the proverbial “Matrix"—even just for a few hours—then the Intellectuals’ Leisure Club (pol. Inteligencki Klub Wypoczynkowy – IKW) is for you.
We offer tasks such as using a chainsaw or brush cutter, chopping wood, mowing with a garden tractor, and performing earthworks or cleanup duties.
The core idea is to spend time at a “Beautiful Place" and help develop it through maintenance and construction work.
A few hours of physical exertion do wonders for mental well-being, and the reward for these efforts is a shared feast by the campfire, enjoying meals prepared together.
The IKW operates on a contribution-based model. The only criterion for joining the Club is a willingness to work for the benefit of the “Beautiful Place."
IKW “plenary sessions" typically take place on Fridays or Saturdays 😉
